Rasgulla

Nolan Gud Rasgulla is prepared by curdling full-fat a2 milk to make chenna (fresh cheese). The chenna is shaped into small balls and boiled in a light syrup made from nolen gud (jaggery) and water, infusing the sweets with a rich, caramelized flavor. Once cooked, the rasgullas absorb the syrup, resulting in a soft, spongy texture that melts in your mouth. This traditional Bengali sweet is perfect for festive occasions and celebrations.
