Desi ghee, rooted in ancient Ayurvedic traditions, is made through the right way to churn, slow, traditional process of curdling and churning, often using a wooden churner –bilona method. This method preserves vital nutrients, healthy fats (PUFA & MUFA), Vitamins (A,D,E & K) and antioxidants. Unlike commercially made ghee, which is often mass-produced and lacks the same care. The magic of our ghee doesn’t end with churning, the right process – butter is melted over a slow dung cake fire on the right time – full moon day with nature’s cycles.
